Hoosiers Daily News: Where Indiana lands in ESPN’s Week 2 College Football Playoff predictions

It’s way too early to project the 2026 college football postseason, which is why we’re not doing it. ESPN, however, is.
The sport’s experts over at the Worldwide Leader took stock of the sport’s landscape following a disastrous Week 2 for the Big Ten to try and project the 12-team field with fallers and risers alike. Understandably, a lot of folks still like the Hoosiers.
All 12 member’s of ESPN’s expert panel have Indiana making the field with seeding ranging from No. 2 to No. 7. Kyle Bonagura has the Hoosiers at their aforementioned highest seed while most of his fellows like Indiana in the 4-6 range. Still a lot of ball left, but that’s how some of the sport’s loudest voices view the Hoosiers early.
