Curious to see how Eli Drinkwitz would rank the top-25 teams in the country this year?
Well, we have just the thing for you!
USA Today has published the ballots of the final rankings from each of the 62 participating head coaches in the US LBM Coaches Poll. The final rankings were released Tuesday, Jan. 20. National-champion Indiana, of course, topped the final poll.
Drinkwitz, the soon-to-be seventh-year Missouri football coach, was one of the participating coaches in the poll this season. His ballot, like a majority of the voters, did not include his own team in the top-25.
For what it’s worth, only one of the 62 voting coaches had Mizzou in his final ballot: Jon Sumrall, the former Tulane and current Florida head coach. Sumrall had Missouri ranked No. 22, which accounts for all three of MU’s voting points in the final poll.
Drinkwitz ranked all five of the teams that beat Missouri, which finished the 2025 season 8-5, among his top-20 teams in the end-of-season poll.
Here’s how the Mizzou coach’s ballot looked:
