How to get Cotton Bowl Classic tickets for Ohio State CFP game

Ohio State may not have played the way it wanted in the Big Ten Championship Game against Indiana Saturday night, losing by a very triggering 13-10 score, but now it’s time to put that aside and try to repeat as College Football Playoff national champions.

The Buckeyes received the No. 2 overall seed from the CFP committee on Sunday and will begin the defense of their CFP national title in the Cotton Bowl Classic in Arlington, Texas. The game will take place on Dec. 31 at 7:30 p.m. ET, and will be played against the winner of No. 7 seed Texas A&M and No. 10 seed Miami (FL).

Ohio State football College Football Playoff Quarterfinal ticket information for the Cotton Bowl Classic

According to the Ohio State Department of Athletics, season ticket holders and students will receive ticket information via email from the Athletics Ticket Office on Sunday, Dec. 7. Tickets for the general public will go on sale, based on availability, at 10 a.m. this Wednesday, Dec. 11. You can find out more information about the playoffs by visiting the Ohio State football Postseason Central page.

The winner of the Cotton Bowl Classic will advance to play in the CFP semifinals at the Fiesta Bowl in Glendale, Ariz., on Jan. 8. We’ll have more ticket information on that game if the Buckeyes advance.
