The Ohio high school football season is nearing its conclusion with state title games on the schedule this weekend.

In OHSAA Division VI, Hopewell-Loudon is set to face off against Kirtland for the state championship.

Kirtland won its state semifinal game against Colonel Crawford by a final score of 49-22. Hopewell-Loudon, meanwhile, snuck past Coldwater in the state semis with a narrow 20-18 victory.

All seven championship football games will be televised by Spectrum News 1.
