How to watch LSU gymnastics in the SEC Championship, TV channel, stream

LSU gymnastics is trying for its third consecutive conference title Saturday night as the Tigers take on the Oklahoma Sooners, Florida Gators, and Alabama Crimson Tide in the 2026 SEC Gymnastics Championship.

The gymnastics championship is different than that of other sports. All nine SEC programs qualify, but it’s split into two sessions, with the five lowest in regular-season points in the afternoon session and the four highest at night. As the two-seed, LSU will be in the night session.

When is the SEC Gymnastics Championship?

  • Date: Saturday, March 21
  • Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

The SEC Championship is this Saturday and will be held in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the first time.

What channel is the SEC Gymnastics Championship on?

  • TV Channel: SEC Network
  • Time: 7 p.m. CT

Both sessions will be aired on SEC Network. LSU’s session begins at 7 p.m. CT.
