Head coach Phil Longo enters his second season with considerably more roster and coaching continuity after an overhaul in 2025, and Saturday will mark the Bearkats’ return home after playing their entire schedule away from Bowers Stadium last season during renovations. Tulsa won the only previous meeting between these programs 56-3 in 2009, but this will be its first trip to Huntsville to face Sam Houston.
