The Hurricanes’ hot run on the recruiting trail continued Wednesday evening as they landed a new commit for the fourth night in a row.

Defensive tackle Logan Nagle, a three-star 2026 prospect, flipped his pledge from ACC rival Pittsburgh to Miami on Wednesday night, announcing his commitment on social media.

Nagle is listed as the No. 60 defensive tackle and No. 506 player in the class, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings. The former Pitt commit had been committed to the Panthers since June.

Nagle, a New Jersey native, is listed at 6-4 and 260 pounds. He has 54 tackles, 19.5 tackles for loss and eight sacks this season. Although he plays defensive tackle in an odd-front defense in high school, the Hurricanes’ staff expects to move him to defensive end, a UM source said.

Nagle is the second prospect committed to a Pennsylvania school to flip to UM in the last two days, joining defensive lineman Isaac Chukwurah, who flipped from Penn State on Tuesday.

Miami has X defensive linemen in the class: four-star prospects Asharri Charles, DeAnthony Lafayette and Keshawn Stancil, along with three-star prospects Anthony Kennedy Jr., Tyson Bacon, Frederic Sainteus and Chukwurah.
