Iowa football offers 2027 DB Bryant Robinson

On Saturday, Iowa football extended an offer to three-star defensive back Bryant Robinson out of Frisco Lone Star in Texas.

The 6-foot-3, 175-pound defensive back is a two-sport star that is also a standout basketball player. According to MaxPreps, Robinson tallied 40 tackles, six pass breakups and a pair of interceptions this past season with Frisco Lone Star.

Robinson is a three-star recruit per 247Sports, where he is ranked as the nation’s 45th cornerback and as the No. 61 player in the state of Texas.

Robinson also has offers from schools such as Arizona, Clemson, Kansas, LSU, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas Tech and UCF. The 2027 prospect also has offers from non-Power Four programs Coastal Carolina, New Mexico, North Texas, Tulane, Tulsa and UNLV.

On the hardwood, Rivals rates Robinson as a three-star basketball prospect, as the No. 145 player nationally and as the No. 32 shooting guard.

Iowa currently has one commit in the 2027 class from in-state linebacker Gavin Stecker, who announced his pledge to the Hawkeyes on Dec. 9.
