Jesse Minter, Ravens announce coaching staff for 2026 NFL season

The new era is official, as Ravens head coach Jesse Minter has assembled his full staff for the 2026 season. The Ravens released the full list of 25 coaches on their staff on Thursday afternoon as the team prepares to depart for the NFL Scouting Combine and the start of the new league year on March 9.

Minter has a different mix of coaches, with five college coaches moving up to the NFL and an offensive coordinator, Declan Doyle, who is the same age as MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson. Baltimore hasn't undergone a youth movement, but Minter is 42, and his defensive coordinator, Anthony Weaver, is 45.
