Jordan Seaton Makes Announcement Before Transfer Portal Deadline

Former Colorado offensive tackle Jordan Seaton is in the transfer portal and has a message for everyone.

Seaton took to X on Friday, posting that if someone hasn’t spoken with him or his uncle, to disregard it.

“Attention schools and media: if you have not spoken with my uncle or myself, please disregard all outside communication. If anyone is contacting you on my behalf without my Uncle, then it has been unauthorized. Direct all dealings to him. Khalil@xnsbca.com. 240.425.8893,” Seaton posted.

According to On3, Seaton is set to visit Miami soon, which is a big deal since the program is set to play Indiana in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game on Monday.

Seaton played for Colorado head coach Deion Sanders for the last two seasons and has two seasons of eligibility left. He played 22 games at left tackle.

Seaton was a five-star recruit in the 2024 recruiting class and the fourth-best recruit in Florida, per 247Sports Composite rankings. He was also the best offensive tackle recruit in the nation and the No. 17 overall recruit, regardless of position.

Colorado took a big step back under Sanders this year, finishing with a 3-9 record. Those struggles came after the program went 9-4 during the 2024 season.

Sanders has been the head coach at Colorado for three seasons, compiling a 16-21 overall record. He’s hoping that things turn around in a big way this year in his fourth season as the program’s head coach.
