Penn State running back Kaytron Allen made history on Senior Night.
Allen broke the Nittany Lions' career rushing yards record against Nebraska on Saturday night, surpassing Evan Royster's mark of 3,932 yards that he set back in 2010. Allen broke the record early in the fourth quarter.
Allen racked up 160 yards rushing and two touchdowns against the Cornhuskers, making it back-to-back games with over 150 yards rushing. The senior has emerged as the lead back in Penn State's offense this season, and he'll look to continue his strong form down the stretch.
Allen will have a chance to build on his rushing record next weekend against Rutgers, and potentially in a bowl game if the Nittany Lions defeat the Scarlet Knights to become bowl eligible.
