Florida State football was the first program to extend an offer to 2028 three-star athlete Jaxon Flowers back in July after he attended a camp. He's since received offers from the Miami Hurricanes, Florida Gators, Auburn Tigers, Liberty Flames, and the UAB Blazers.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder has locked in two visits with the Seminoles, per Chris Nee of Noles247. He will be in Tallahassee on Aug. 29 for their season opener against the New Mexico State Aggies. Flowers will close the year visiting FSU when they play Florida on Nov. 27.

Flowers is the No. 393 prospect in the country and the No. 26 athlete, per the 247Sports composite rankings. In the state of Florida, he's the No. 53 player.

He plays quarterback and safety, but when he came to Florida State's campus this summer, it was him playing the latter that got him an offer. It also impressed Seminoles' safety coach Evan Cooper as well as head coach Mike Norvell, with whom he's been in constant contact with.

Flowers spoke on what he's looking for out of FSU during his visits.

"The entirety of the season. I want to see them start off hot, have a fire lit under them, because the past two seasons they didn't perform as well as they wanted to, so I want to see them come out there and compete," Flowers said.

Safety is the position that Florida State is recruiting Flowers at, although he's labeled as an athlete.
