OXFORD — Ole Miss football coach Lane Kiffin joined in on a marriage proposal on the field at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.
The proposal took place in the third quarter of Ole Miss football's dominating performance against The Citadel on Nov. 8.
A young man came out at a timeout in the game to kick a promotional field goal. A young woman came out to hold the football. Instead of kicking, though, the man got down on one knee and proposed. She said yes, and slipped on a ring to the delight of the Ole Miss fans in the crowd.
Kiffin trotted over as the engaged couple was hugging to join them in a celebration.
She said yes!

Kiffin has already had some fun in the midst of his team's impressive performance. In his halftime radio interview, Kiffin trolled Mississippi State for losing to Georgia.
