There are very few characters in college football who march to the beat of their own drum quite like LSU football coach Lane Kiffin. You never know what you’ll get from Kiffin on or off the field, and on Saturday, he took a brief detour behind enemy lines before kickoff.
Kiffin, who has picked up a love for hot yoga thanks to his daughter Landry Kiffin, pulled up to Sterling Hot Yoga in Lexington before kickoff between the No. 10 Tigers and Kentucky Wildcats at Kroger Field on Saturday night.
Kickoff isn’t scheduled until 7:00 p.m. ET on ESPN, so Lane had some time to kill on his morning and afternoon schedule, and he made the most of it.
Sports anchor Krista Spadaccini of FOX 56 News apparently tried to wear Kiffin out by teaching a “tough class” alongside the Sterling Hot Yoga Staff.

LSU better hope that Lane didn’t leave any of his water unattended or take any mystery snacks from the staff. On a serious note, it’s a great moment for the staff and a fun story for the staff to tell during and after the big game day.
The Tigers and Wildcats both enter Saturday night’s primetime showdown with 4-1 records, so we’ll have to see which team is able to come out on top. LSU is favored by 9.5 points.
