No. 10 LSU has a big test on tap this Saturday against Kentucky.

LSU will travel to face a Kentucky team coming off a 35-34 win over South Carolina on Saturday. Kentucky went for two in overtime and beat South Carolina with that conversion to improve to 4-1 overall.

Heading into the game, LSU head coach Lane Kiffin has put a photo of a fake quote from Kentucky’s Kenny Minchey in the LSU football facility. The fake quote reads, “LSU’s defense hasn’t seen anyone and our offensive line yet.”

Kentucky Sports Radio confirmed on social media that Minchey never said the quote and that it was “manufactured” for the LSU football program.

Kiffin gives his team fake bulletin board material

Kiffin appears to be doing everything in his power to motivate his team for this massive game, including putting up fake quotes. It’s definitely weird, but that’s Lane Kiffin for you.

Like Kentucky, LSU comes into this game with a 4-1 record and can’t afford any more missteps. LSU’s lone loss came against Ole Miss, while Kentucky lost to Alabama.

Kickoff for Saturday’s game between the Tigers and Wildcats will be at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
