After two seasons in Baton Rouge, LSU football offensive tackle Ory Williams is entering the transfer portal. The news was first reported on Sunday by CBS Sports and 247Sports.
Williams played in 12 games with two starts in 2025. He got the nod against Arkansas and Western Kentucky as LSU rotated players in and out at multiple positions along the offensive line, particularly due to the injury of Weston Davis.
Williams didn't allow a sack and allowed just one pressure in 85 opportunities in the regular season, per PFF. He played well for the most part as LSU experimented with different lineups, but still experienced growing pains as a young player in the SEC.
Part of the 2024 signing class, Williams was a three-star prospect according to Rivals' Industry Rankings. He was the No. 30 offensive tackle and chose LSU over a host of SEC offers.

Williams' decision adds to a mass exodus of offensive linemen to the transfer portal following the Texas Bowl and Lane Kiffin's hiring. It remains to be seen if Kiffin retains Williams or others in the unit as part of his first LSU roster.
