LSU football made the top 12 for a five-star prospect in the 2028 recruiting class. Wide receiver Braylon Clark is considering head coach Lane Kiffin's team, according to a report from Rivals' Hayes Fawcett. LSU is one of six SEC schools in the mix.

Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, Texas A&M and South Carolina also made the cut for Clark. Ohio State, Miami, Indiana, Oregon, Clemson and USC finish out the suitors. Clark has yet to announce a timeline for his decision but he will most likely be on campus at a few of these schools throughout the fall and spring.

Rivals' Industry Rankings list Clark as the No. 10 overall player in the 2028 cycle. He ranks No. 4 at his position and No. 1 out of North Carolina. The Charlotte native plays high school football at Providence Day School. Rivals lists him at six-foot-three and 185 pounds.

LSU currently has one 2028 player committed in three-star offensive tackle Isaiah Whitehead. Kiffin and company, in their first full year with the Tigers, will bolster its analysis on the 2028 class and identify its top targets in the coming months.
