LSU Football Schedule: Here's when LSU will play its bowl game

LSU football is less than a week away from taking the field for the final time this season. On Dec. 27, LSU faces Houston in the Kinder's Texas Bowl.
For LSU, it marks the Tigers' second straight trip to the Texas Bowl. LSU beat Baylor to close out 2024.
LSU enters at 7-5, but faces a Houston team looking for win No. 10. Willie Fritz, former Tulane head coach, made significant strides with Houston in his second year on the job. Fritz has won everywhere he's gone and he looks to be on the same track with the Cougars.
LSU won't be at full strength, which is usually the case for these bowl games. The Tigers will still be without QB Garrett Nussmeier, who missed the final three games of the regular season, marking the end of his LSU career.
On defense, LSU will be without cornerback Mansoor Delane and a few other impact players.

LSU football faces Houston in the Kinder's Texas Bowl on Dec. 27 at 8:15 p.m. CT. ESPN will broadcast the game.
