Maclay's Beau Beshears is the Big Bend Preps Athlete of the Week

The results are in, and after a few standout playoff performances in the area, we have a winner of the Big Bend Preps Athlete of the Week.

Taking home nearly 65% of the vote, Maclay's Beau Beshears has won the Athlete of the Week vote for Nov. 10-15! The Marauders star earns the honor for his performance in a first-round playoff win over Jacksonville's NFEI.

Beshears posted an eye-watering stat line that included five total touchdowns. He went 15-of-20 passing, 197 yards, throwing four touchdowns, while adding a 50-yard receiving touchdown on a trick play.

Congratulations to Beshears, and the finalists Chedrick Ellis (Taylor County), Kamren McMillan (Godby), Travis Arnold Jr (Madison County), and Jayme Miller (Florida High)!
