Does Purdue have any chance of upsetting a suddenly red-hot Michigan football team at the Big House. It would seem like a longshot, but anything is possible in college football.
The Wolverines host the Boilermakers at 7 p.m. on Big Ten Network on Saturday, Nov. 1, and will be massive favorites to come out with their third straight win.
After navigating an always-spicy rivalry game against Michigan State in Week 9, it'll be a test of focus and not looking ahead for Michigan against Purdue this week under the lights.
Does anyone on the Freep crew think the Boilermakers can get it done? Read below to find out.

Michigan is a perfect 4-0 at home and has scored 24 or more in every game. Purdue has been nicknamed the "Spoilermakers" in years past for its ability to upset teams in big spots, but that's largely happened at home and with rosters more capable than this current one. Barry Odom seems to have his team playing better in Year 1 on the job than it did a year ago, but it's nowhere near enough to hang with the Wolverines on this night. The pick: Michigan 34, Purdue 10.

It’s been almost two months since Purdue (2-6, 0-5 Big Ten) last won a game, on Sept. 6 against Southern Illinois. Next week, it will be more two months since Purdue last won a game on Sept. 6 against Southern Illinois. The pick: Michigan 42, Purdue 16.

After Bryce Underwood completed just eight of 17 passes for 86 yards against MSU, it’s imperative for the Wolverines to get him feeling good in this game. Remember, Underwood also struggled (9-for-24 for 142 yards) against Oklahoma. Letting him run the ball will only put hits on his body. So, the only goal in this game should be: get him in rhythm, get him comfortable and give this freshman QB another positive learning experience. The pick: U-M 40, Purdue 17.

The Wolverines tried handing their last game to Michigan State. The Spartans weren't interested. The Boilermakers will be, so here's guessing U-M won't get as generous Saturday night at Michigan Stadium. Yes, another night game. No, I'm not yelling at the clouds. I am old, though, or at least getting there, and a noon kick wouldn't be so bad every once in a while. The pick: U-M 31, Purdue 19.
