After a great weekend loaded with talented prospects competing in drills across East Lansing, the Michigan State coaching staff was spread all over the field evaluating talent. There were plenty of players who impressed and earned offers from the Spartans.
Of those players, the highest-rated prospect comes right from Michigan State's own backyard.
Camden Noe is a 6-foot-3, 215-pound, 4-star athlete from Portage, MI at Portage Central High School, who competes on both sides of the ball. A running back and linebacker, Noe pulverizes opponents whether he's carrying the football or delivering a tackle.
The Spartans would most likely bring Noe into the linebacker room if he ultimately signs with Michigan State, giving him the opportunity to develop in an already impressive linebacker group coached by one of the nation's rising young assistants, Max Bullough.
After a great visit and several amazing conversations with @coachfitz51 I am extremely blessed and grateful to receive an offer from @MSU_Football!! Huge thanks to Coach @Bullough40, @Coach_Bindel, and Coach @JoeS_Rossi for taking the time to meet with me! @AllenTrieu… pic.twitter.com/fn5VEpTnD2

Landing the 4-star recruit will be no easy task for Bullough, Pat Fitzgerald, and the rest of the coaching staff. Michigan State may seem a bit late to the party, but sometimes being late is the best time to arrive.
Noe is no stranger to recruiting attention. He already holds offers from a long list of programs, including Michigan, Louisville, Iowa, Boston College, Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, Central Michigan, Western Michigan, Miami (OH), and Toledo. His name appears to be on everyone's recruiting board, and the Spartans are now the latest program to throw their hat into the ring.
Still, Fitzgerald and his staff have seemingly found ways to stay in the mix for top-tier talent despite all the outside noise surrounding Michigan State. If they can land a player like Noe to join a class that already includes highly regarded linebacker commits Henry Sakalas and Matthew Brady, the linebacker room could become one of the strongest foundations of the Spartans' future.
Noe is ranked as a 4-star prospect by both 247Sports and the Composite rankings.
According to 247Sports, Noe carries a rating of 90, just barely placing him in the 4-star category. That score ranks him as the sixth-best recruit in Michigan and the eighth-best athlete in the class. Nationally, he checks in at No. 138 overall. Dig a little deeper and you'll find even more confidence from Noe himself, as his X profile lists him as Michigan's No. 1 linebacker recruit.
In the Composite rankings, Noe holds an impressive 0.9535 rating. That places him as the fifth-best athlete in the class, the seventh-best recruit in Michigan, and the No. 116 overall prospect nationally. The Composite ranking combines evaluations from multiple recruiting services to create a consensus score.
As a junior in 2025, Noe's offensive production was elite. He carried the ball 211 times for 1,803 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns. Through the air, he added 24 receptions for 253 yards and four more scores.
Noe is a bully on the football field. Offensively, he runs through defenders, almost disintegrating them upon impact. He blocks like a bull charging out of its cage, and when he lines up on defense, he tackles with what appears to be the force of a thousand suns.
Noe has all the tools to become an exceptional player at the next level, and the question of where he will continue his football journey has now reached East Lansing.
