George Mullins joined the Michigan State football program in 2024, flipping his commitment from Oregon State to the Spartans. Now, after two years in East Lansing, he has entered the transfer portal. Finding a new home, Mullins has made his commitment to Delaware, heading to the CUSA program.

A 6-foot-2, 190 pound defensive back from Webster, Fla., Mullins predominately played on special teams for the Spartans in his time on campus. He did not record a stat.

With three years of eligibility remaining, Mullins will be able to go to Delaware and continue developing for a hot program at the CUSA level that won a bowl game in its first FBS season this year, winning the LendingTree Bowl.
