Monshun Sales makes history on Pat McAfee Show, commits to Indiana football; what he said

BLOOMINGTON — Indiana football landed a verbal commitment from 5-star recruit Monshun Sales on Friday, July 17. He made the much-anticipated announcement during an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show.

Indiana football commit Monshun Sales landed first Power Four offer as freshman

"I really started getting recruited my freshman year, towards the winter. I got an offer from Louisville, and ever since then it just kind of picked up. I know I kind of always had the size. I just had to work on my craft, and my team around me, my coach, my head coach, Coach Mal, Coach Ray, Coach Wilson. They're with me every day. They're on me hard. They don't let me take no days off. It's been great, really. I kind of never thought it was going to be like this, but it's a blessing."

"Ball. I mean, ball is really life. I wake up, breathe football. Every day. Sleep. Every day, I think it's football, really. My craft was really the most important thing about my craft is the little details. Not even just what I do. Just, like, you know, everybody will be looking at me because I know everybody watching to see what I'm going to do. Just picking up on my effort. You know, every little thing."
