Just the other day, I talked about how absolutely DONE I am with the Notre Dame and college football offseason. One of the reasons has been the preseason prognostications. I know it’s weird, but while I’m usually calling out media outlets for a lack of respect for Notre Dame — I’m asking that they now just STOP.

The good vibes that many across the college football universe has for this year’s version of Notre Dame football team are nothing more than rat poison. Nick Saban famously made the term “rat poison” famous during his time at Alabama when he made the Crimson Tide the greatest dynasty this sport has ever seen.

If Notre Dame is going to start to climb the same type of dynasty mountain that Saban has created, they too are going to have to stay away from the rat poison that’s out there like this… even more picks for the Irish to win a national championship this season
