Mount Union football | Giovanni Kennedy, Kaleb Brown are All-Americans

Senior offensive lineman Giovanni Kennedy and senior defensive lineman Kaleb Brown are Mount Union’s selections on the American Football Coaches Association Division III All-America Team.

Kennedy is a first team selection. He anchored a line that helped the Purple Raiders lead the Ohio Athletic Conference in scoring at 43.5 points a game and total yards at 476.0 yards a game. He is a three-time first team All-OAC selection and a finalist for Greater Cleveland Sports Commission Collegiate Male Student-Athlete of the Year.

Brown was selected to the second team. He led the OAC with 10.5 sacks and 17.5 tackles for loss and finished his career with 32 sacks, ranking third in program history. He was named the OAC Defensive Lineman of the Year and is a two time first team all-conference selection.
