Pac-12 commish will provide testimony

The Senate Commerce Committee has finalized the witness list for Wednesday’s Congressional hearing. As previously reported, Nick Saban, Notre Dame AD Pete Bevacqua, Gordon Gee and Pac-12 commissioner Teresa Gould have committed to testify, along with Utah DE Lance Holtzclaw.

Apparently, the court case might not be 100% settled yet

Notable: New court filing from today says Pac-12 and Mountain West have agreed "in principle" to a settlement and will stay the case for 90 days while they iron out the details.
