MSU football latest P4 school to offer 3-star DL prospect from Chicago

Michigan State football is the latest power four program to extend an offer to a high-level defensive lineman from the Windy City.
David Folorunsho of Chicago announced on Thursday that he's received an offer from Michigan State. He made the offer from the Spartans known by posting on his social media X account.
Folorunsho is listed as a three-star defensive lineman with a recruiting rating of 87 on 247Sports. He ranks as the No. 66 defensive lineman and No. 20 player from Illinois in the 2027 class. He's also marked as the No. 586 overall prospect in the class.
Michigan State joins a group of more than 10 schools to extend an offer to Folorunsho, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Cincinnati, Iowa State, Kansas State, Miami (FL), Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Vanderbilt, Miami (OH) and Toledo.
