MSU football re-offers elite, 4-star TE prospect from Indiana

Michigan State football is continuing to make a high-end tight end prospect from Indiana a top priority in the 2027 class.

Mason Oglesby of New Palestine, Ind. announced on Thursday that he's been re-offered by Michigan State. Oglesby posted about new Spartans head coach Pat Fitzgerald visiting him today, and stated he was re-offered in his X post.

Oglesby is listed as a four-star prospect in 247Sports' composite system. He ranks as the No. 17 athlete and No. 329 overall prospect in the 2027 class. He is also listed as the No. 7 player from Indiana in the class.

Michigan State is one of more than 20 schools to extend an offer to Oglesby, according to 247Sports. He also holds notable offers from Arkansas, Cincinnati, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kansas State, Louisville, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.
