Nebraska football received two predictions for class of 2027 four-star tight end Cooper Terwilliger.Tim Verghese and Greg Smith (subscription required) put in predictions for the playmaker.
Terwilliger is the ninth overall tight end in the 2027 class, and the top player in his class from the state of South Dakota per the Rivals Industry Rankings. He is currently ranked as a four-star recruit. Several Big Ten programs are interested in the tight end. Nebraska, Iowa, Michigan, and Wisconsin are among the schools that have offered him.
This would be another major addition for the 2027 recruiting class. They already have a prediction for running back Amir Brown, and the class has a solid base. The class itself ranks fourth overall nationally and first in the Big Ten according to the Rivals Industry Rankings.
Turning there would certainly be a solid get, and add additional size to the Nebraska tight end room. He measures in at six-foot-six, 215 pounds, and would be another strong target in the red zone.
