College football fans got a unique behind the scenes look at SEC football during the 2024 season during Netflix's 'Any Given Saturday' series, but the show will not return for the 2026 campaign.
“Our original plan was to do one season and then reassess,” a SEC spokesperson told Front Office Sports (subscription required). “We have discussed the possibility of a second season, as well as whether there may be other opportunities or approaches worth exploring.”
The show followed 10 SEC teams during the 2024 campaign for a total of seven episodes.
South Carolina was one of the 10 teams whose 2024 season was chronicled, and the school appears willing to be selected again if the show was to return in the future.
First at FOS: The SEC's Netflix docuseries "Any Given Saturday" will not return for a second season in 2026 after debuting last summer, FOS has learned.
The conference told FOS it is leaving the door open for a potential renewal down the road.

“We thought our appearance on Netflix last year was beneficial for us,” a South Carolina spokesperson told Front Office Sports. “It did take a lot of time, effort, and coordination amongst our staff. We are open to working with them again in the future, should the opportunity arise.”
