Indianapolis (Ind.) Brebeuf linebacker Parker Maiers has flipped his commitment from Dartmouth to Northwestern, becoming commit No. 23 for David Braun and the Wildcats in the 2026 cycle.
The 6-foot-1, 220-pound Maiers will be back in Evanston this weekend watching spring practice and is excited about his future in the Big Ten.
“Playing at the highest level of college football has always been a dream of mine and Northwestern gave me that opportunity,” Maiers told Rivals. The opportunity to suit up for the Wildcats checked a lot of the boxes he was looking for.
“Not only do they have amazing academics but have a great football program,” Maiers continued. “Their staff has been nothing but welcoming to me and my family.
“I can’t wait to be a Wildcat.”
As a senior Maiers racked up 80 tackles and three forced fumbles in 10 games. He also rushed for 212 yards and two touchdowns.
Maiers had 144 tackles a junior and emerged as a Hoosier State prospect to know with 152 tackles as a sophomore.
