Notre Dame releases its trailer for Week 3 battle vs. Michigan State

Notre Dame will welcome in the Michigan State Spartans for a rivalry game this weekend, as the Battle for the Megaphone will continue.

The series between the Irish and Spartans dates back to 1897, with Notre Dame winning the first ever game in this matchup. The two teams have played each other 77 times before Saturday, and with that, the Irish social media team had a big task with its game trailer, which was dropped on Friday morning.

It starts off with old clips of the rivalry, showing the long history between the two teams. It quickly gets to highlights of the first two games this fall. By the end, it’s more highlights of past games, hyping us up along the way.
