Ohio State Football Unveils $142,000 Suites For 2026 Season

Ohio Stadium has received a major upgrade just in time for the start of the 2026 college football season.

With the Buckeyes set to take the field on Sept. 5 against the Ball State Cardinals, the school has unveiled an extensive look at its new premium field-level suites. They’re located right behind the south end zone of Ohio Stadium.

While the new suites look incredible and can hold up to 12 people, the price tag attached to them is pretty absurd. According to Conner Smith of BuckeyeHuddle, each suite will cost $142,700.

Despite how luxurious this experience might be for fans, it appears the public is out on these new suites.

“Worst seats in the stadium. You can’t see the other side of the end zone of what’s going on,” one fan argued.

“That’s a terrible view for that much money,” a second fan wrote.

“I mean the people who can actually afford these don’t actually care about watching the game, so they are perfect for them since they won’t be able to see anything,” another fan said.

“My hat is off to whoever managed to convince rich people this isn’t the worst possible place to watch a football game,” a social media user added.

High expectations for Ohio State.

Ohio State is expected to be a national title contender this fall, especially with quarterback Julian Sayin, running back Bo Jackson and wide receiver Jeremiah Smith back for another season.

If Ryan Day can successfully replace the defensive starters he lost to the NFL this past year, there’s no reason why Ohio State can’t win another championship.

The first real test for Ohio State will come on Sept. 12 against Texas.
