It was revealed earlier today that after several weeks of searching and many declining the invitation, Michigan has found its man. Former Utah football coach Kyle Whittingham has signed a five-year deal to be the head coach for the Wolverines.
For some Michigan fans, it’s a home run hire. For others, it’s somewhat ho-hum. Only time will tell if Whittingham will be a savior for the Maize and Blue, but one thing is for sure: Ohio State fans will have some fun at their rivals’ expense regarding the hire of the next Wolverine head coach, whether it be founded or not.
The ink hasn’t even dried in Whittingham’s contract, and social media is already alive in jest. We’re here to bring you some of the best jabs… all in good fun of course.
