Oklahoma Sooners vs. Missouri Tigers: Initial Week 13 SEC Availability Report

The Oklahoma Sooners enter Week 13 with their College Football Playoff hopes very much alive after back-to-back road wins over Tennessee and Alabama. They’ll close the season with a pair of home games. First up is the Missouri Tigers.
As the Sooners prepare for their old Big 8 and Big 12 foe, Oklahoma may have to go into the game without star defensive end R Mason Thomas. Thomas missed Oklahoma’s win over Alabama after suffering a quad injury in Week 10 vs. Tennessee. While his absence would always be felt, the Sooners’ defensive end group did a good job against Alabama. Could they get by another game against a Missouri Tigers offensive line that’s had some struggles in 2025? My guess is the coaching staff thinks so, and Thomas doesn’t play this week. Taylor Wein and the rest of the defensive end group stepped up without Thomas a week ago, and they’d probably have a similar impact this week.
Cornerback Gentry Williams is another key name to watch. He’s been in and out of the lineup this season, battling shoulder issues that have plagued his entire career. He’s a difference maker when he plays, but he just hasn’t been able to stay healthy enough. Even if Williams were to play, it would likely be Courtland Guillory and Eli Bowen getting the start at cornerback with a rotation of Devon Jordan and Jacobe Johnson.
On a positive note, running back Xavier Robinson wasn’t listed on the availability report, providing some optimism about his status for this week. He took a shot to the knee against Alabama and was forced to miss some time.
On the Missouri side of things, quarterback Beau Pribula may not be available this week despite reports he could try to play. If his status doesn’t improve, it’ll be true freshman Matt Zollers getting his third career start for the Tigers in Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
