Oklahoma State football bowl projections 2026: Where are Cowboys on bye week?

The Oklahoma State Cowboys won a Big 12 Conference game for the first time in nearly three years when the Pokes defeated West Virginia 41-24 on the road.
OSU also earned a spot in the AP Poll for the first time since 2024, rising to No. 19 going into the bye week. The Big 12 seems winnable, which would secure the Cowboys a spot in the College Football Playoff, but Texas Tech, BYU and Utah could still pose threats to the title.
Currently, Athlon Sports predicts the Red Raiders to win the conference, while CBS Sports, ESPN and Sports Illustrated predict BYU. College Football News expects the Utah Utes to win the Big 12 and advance to the CFP.

- Sports Illustrated: Oklahoma State vs. Virginia Tech in the Pop-Tarts Bowl on Dec. 29
- College Football News: Oklahoma State vs. Tulane in the Independence Bowl on Dec. 22
