Oklahoma State football lands Wyatt Young in transfer portal from North Texas

STILLWATER — North Texas’ top receiver is following Eric Morris to Oklahoma State.

Wyatt Young, who had a 1,000-yard season for the Mean Green in 2025, is joining the Cowboys, according to On3.com.

The 6-foot, 195-pound Young had 1,264 yards and 10 touchdowns on 70 catches as a true sophomore this season. The Katy, Texas, native had at least five catches in eight of the Mean Green’s last nine games.

His top performance was 295 yards and two touchdowns on eight catches against Rice in late November.
