Schell’s significant defensive commitment has brought a wave of excitement just as Brent Venables’ squad prepares for a tough upcoming matchup against Georgia. According to On3’s Nick Schulz, star defensive lineman David Stone suffered an undisclosed lower-body injury during practice before the September 26 game. His availability for the matchup remains uncertain as he undergoes further testing.
