Pete Golding has added another piece to his Ole Miss football coaching staff.

The Rebels hired Paul Constantine as their new football strength and conditioning coach, the team announced Jan. 21.

Constantine joins Ole Miss after serving as the associate director of strength and conditioning for the Atlanta Falcons in the NFL since 2024.

He previously worked on the strength and conditioning staffs at Alabama, Indiana, Houston Baptist and Baylor.

The Rebels’ former head strength and conditioning coach, Nick Savage, followed Lane Kiffin to LSU where he will serve in the same position for the Tigers.

The announcement of Constantine’s hiring comes as Golding continues to finalize his staff. Also on Jan. 21, it was reported that Ole Miss had hired Miami’s tight ends coach Cody Woodiel to serve in the same position and also be co-offensive coordinator.
