The Oregon Ducks have done a good job of getting some highly-ranked talent verbally committed to the 2027 recruiting class early on in this cycle, but one of the toughest things about early commits is the prospect of holding onto them for almost a full calendar year until National Signing Day.

That appears to be the case for 4-star running back CaDarius McMiller, who committed to Oregon on February 14 of this year.

According to McMiller's social media, the 4-star RB took a visit to the Texas A&M Aggies on Friday, checking out the campus down in College Station. McMiller is rated by the 247Sports Composite as the No. 196 player in the 2027 class, and the No. 12 RB.

He is currently the only RB in Oregon's class, and continues the strong line of former Texas rushers committing to the Ducks, playing his high school ball in Tyler, Texas.

Oregon also saw 4-star OT commit Drew Fielder take a visit to the USC Trojans on Friday, another player who is going to be challenging to hold onto over the next several months as we lead up to NSD in December.
