Oregon receiver Cooper Perry has entered the NCAA transfer portal, On3’s Hayes Fawcett has learned. He played one season with the Ducks and will have three years of eligibility remaining.

Perry appeared in 12 games this past season as a true freshman. He finished the year with 10 catches for a total of just 25 yards.

Perry played high school football at Notre Dame Preparatory in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he was a four-star prospect in the 2025 class. He ranked as the No. 183 overall player and No. 24 receiver in the cycle according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, an equally weighted average that utilizes all three major recruiting services.

Perry is the 21st player to enter the transfer portal for Oregon so far this offseason. Additionally, he is the third receiver to do so, joining Justius Lowe and Kyler Kasper.

Oregon just wrapped up its season over the weekend, losing in the semifinals of the College Football Playoff to Indiana on Friday. That in mind, we’re likely to see plenty more activity in the transfer portal over the next few days for the Ducks.

This story will be updated.
