5-Star Recruit Anthony Sweeney is Committed to Texas Tech, LSU Still Pursuing Visit

NCAAF College Football News, Photos, Stats, Scores, Schedule & Videos… The LSU Tigers lost out on EDGE Anthony Sweeney, who committed to the Texas Tech Red Raiders on April 13. At 6-foot-4 and 230 pounds, he is a five-star recruit, the No. 3 EDGE and the No. 21 player in the nation, according to Rivals Industry Rankings. The Baltimore, Maryland native chose Texas Tech over LSU, the South Carolina Gamecocks, Alabama Crimson Tide, Tennessee Volunteers, Ohio State Buckeyes and Penn State Nittany Lions.
