Patrick Mahomes, State Farm for Texas Tech's 'Let's Ride' uniforms

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes teams up again with State Farm to support his alma mater, Texas Tech, ahead of Friday's matchup against Houston.

The Mahomes Strategy collection has become a way for Texas Tech to celebrate Mahomes' legacy since beginning in 2024 and his continued connection to the program, with each iteration bringing elements of his personal brand and Red Raider roots to the field. The latest innovation will feature State Farm on Texas Tech's special-edition "Let's Ride" uniforms.

"It's pretty special seeing Texas Tech, adidas, and State Farm all come together with my Gladiator logo on this uniform," said Mahomes in a statement. "There's a lot of history and meaning behind the 'Let's Ride' uniform design, and I'm excited to help bring these partners together to share it with Red Raider fans and put it on the field this week."

The State Farm patch will appear on the all-black uniform, building on the brand's longstanding support of Mahomesin connection with Adidas.

The conference opener between the defending Big 12 champions and Houston is expected to draw millions of viewers on FOX Sports in addition to more than 60,000 fans in a sold-out Galaxy Stadium.
