Florida has secured a pair of blue-chip wide receivers for their 2027 cycle, including four-star prospect Elias Pearl who signed earlier this week, but the program isn't done loading its class. Jon Sumrall and his staff continue to aggressively pursue dynamic playmakers on the outside as the team works to rebuild its national reputation.

So, far the Gators have secured eleven blue-chip prospects under Sumrall.

The Gators still plan to add one or two more receivers, according to On3. One of the biggest names to watch is Easton Royal, the five-star recruit from Louisiana, who is viewed as one of the nation's best. Florida is also eyeing a few in-state targets, most notably four-star Eric McFarland out of Bradenton and four-star Jamarin Simmons out of Tallahassee.

Florida currently holds commitments from Pearl and four-star receiver Anthony Jennings. Pair these singings with the acquisition of four-star running back Andrew Beard and five-star offensive lineman Maxwell Hiller and the Gators are putting together one of the SEC's most intriguing offensive classes entering the summer.

National perception of the program has shifted in recent months as the Gators surge yielded a class peaking at No. 5 on 247Sports team recruiting rankings.
