Running back Qwantavius Wiggins commits to Wisconsin after weighing SEC, ACC and Big 12 offers

MADISON – Wisconsin’s running back room added a piece to its 2026 class Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Qwantavius Wiggins committed to the Badgers, he told Rivals. Wiggins, who hails from Fairburn, Ga., committed to Florida International in June but in recent weeks has been posting on social media scholarship offers from other programs. He has also made visits.
Wiggins can make his commitment binding during the early signing period Dec. 3-5.
He is the 15th high school player in the Badgers’ 2026 class. The class has one other running back, Amari Latimer, a four-star prospect who is also from Georgia. He committed to the Badgers in June.
Wiggins attends Langston Hughes High School. He is considered a three-star prospect by Rivals, On3 and 247sports. On his page on X, Wiggins lists himself as 5-foot-10, 195 pounds.
His commitment to Wisconsin comes after he announced a handful of offers last month. The list included Cincinnati, Southern Mississippi, Auburn and Florida State. He made an official visit to Florida State and was on the Wisconsin campus last weekend.
