PISCATAWAY − As Greg Schiano and Rutgers football move past the disappointing ending to the 2025 season, it's time for the Scarlet Knights to welcome in the newest members of the program.

Rutgers on Wednesday, Dec. 3 will officially welcome in its 2026 recruiting class as prospects sign their letters of intent and make their decisions official.

The Scarlet Knights just suffered a tough 40-36 loss to Penn State that ended their season at 5-7 but are hoping the new group of players will help the program take another step forward in the near future.

As of Tuesday the class ranked 37th in the nation and 10th in the Big Ten, according to 247Sports. It includes 22 prospects from 10 different states (two recruits are in-state products).
