A to Z Sports NFL Draft analyst Ryan Roberts dropped his top-250 big board for the 2026 NFL Draft. It is a collection of stars and sleepers for the class.

The 2026 NFL Draft is finally set to kick off on Thursday night. In preparation for the three-day event to officially begin, I have put together my top-250 big Board (Yes, it is better late than never). In total, I watched over 300 players in the class, but I wanted to condense it down to the 250 players who received draftable grades for me.

As always, this is a big board, not a mock draft. There are going to be some players drafted much earlier than I have them graded, and some way later. The draft slot does not determine if an evaluator is right or wrong. We will not know the answer to that question until a couple of years down the road, when evaluating performance and development, but here is how I see this class.

Before you dive into the entirety of the board, here is the color key for each round in which the players are graded.

Here is the entire top-250 board, broken up into chunks to make it a bit more digestible. Underneath the images, there are sections that are dedicated to the players graded in their round range. Let’s have some fun.

Ryan Roberts’ Final 2026 NFL Draft Top-250 Big Board

First Round Players

In total, I have 14 players who are graded as first round caliber players. There aren’t a ton of major surprises, although still having Tennessee cornerback Jermod McCoy ranked at No. 4 overall may be a bit of a spicy take. I am not a doctor, so I don’t know how to adequately assess his injury issues. All I know is his 2024 film, at only 19 years old in the SEC, was elite. I also have completely bought into the upside of Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq, who is rated at No. 5 overall on my board.

1. LB Arvell Reese (Ohio State)
2. RB Jeremiyah Love (Notre Dame)
3. LB Sonny Styles (Ohio State)
4. CB Jermod McCoy (Tennessee)
5. TE Kenyon Sadiq (Oregon)
6. OL Spencer Fano (Utah)
7. S Caleb Downs (Ohio State)

11. CB Mansoor Delane (LSU)
12. WR Carnell Tate (Ohio State)
13. WR Jordyn Tyson (Arizona)
14. WR Makai Lemon (USC)

Second Round Players

Perhaps my biggest surprise in the second round group is Arizona safety Treydan Stukes, one of the more versatile defensive backs in the 2026 class. I also continue to be a massive fan of Louisville wide receiver Chris Bell. He is coming off of the ACL tear, but he is still one of the more talented pass catchers in the group, with even more upside to tap into.

15. QB Fernando Mendoza (Indiana)
16. EDGE Rueben Bain Jr. (Miami)
17. WR KC Concepcion (Texas A&M)
18. S Dillon Thieneman (Oregon)
19. S Treydan Stukes (Arizona)

52. LB Josiah Trotter (Missouri)

Third Round Players

Duke cornerback Chandler Rivers is one of the higher floor defensive backs in the class. While his upside is limited on the outside due to his size, Rivers has an easy projection as a starting nickel on the NFL level. Utah tight end Dallen Bentley also deserves more love after a breakout year in 2025.

53. EDGE Cashius Howell (Texas A&M)
54. WR Denzel Boston (Washington)
55. S Genesis Smith (Arizona)

Fourth Round Players

Yes, I am considerably lower on Iowa offensive lineman Gennings Dunker, Georgia Tech offensive guard Keylan Rutledge, and Texas Tech linebacker Jacob Rodriguez than the consensus. There are several interesting offensive linemen in this group, including Auburn offensive guard Jeremiah Wright. Do-it-all athlete Eli Heidenreich is another interesting player coming out of Navy.

218. OT Nolan Rucci (Penn State)

Seventh Round Players

Of the players in my seventh round bucket, one of my favorites is Minnesota State Moorhead quarterback Jack Strand. While it isn’t a certainty that he gets drafted, Strand is an impressive blend of size, arm strength, and upside. Wisconsin tight end Lance Mason could also be a tremendous late round value after beginning his career at Missouri State.

219. CB Andre Fuller (Toledo)
220. RB Adam Randall (Clemson)
221. TE/FB Riley Nowakowski (Indiana)
222. RB Desmond Reid (Pitt)
