Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders has plenty of reasons to celebrate this weekend.
Sanders, the No. 144 overall pick from the 2025 NFL Draft, had 1,400 passing yards, seven touchdowns and 10 interceptions during his rookie season. If he wants to become a full-time starter in the NFL, he'll have to put a tremendous amount of work in behind the scenes.
What can't be questioned is that Sanders has been working hard in the classroom. The former Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year secured his degree from the University of Colorado this Saturday.
The social media team for the Colorado Buffaloes shared a video of Sanders at Saturday's graduation ceremony. As you'd imagine, NFL fans are thrilled for the second-year quarterback.
"That's my QB," one fan said.
"Wrist in the air for my boy today," a second fan wrote.
"Way to go young king!!! Get dat paper," a third fan said.
"Congratulations QB1! Thats right they can never take this from you," another fan commented.

Excelling in the classroom.
Prior to the 2025 NFL Draft, it was reported that Sanders had a 3.9 GPA at Colorado. Clearly, he took full advantage of his education.
“Everybody is taking classes online and they graduate,” Deion Sanders said. “Shedeur has never taken a class on campus in his whole college career. Shilo [Sanders] may have at South Carolina but I don’t remember Travis [Hunter] ever being on campus as well. So they missed a whole part of the collegiate experience. But to each his own.”
With Colorado's graduation ceremony in the rearview mirror, Sanders can shift his focus over to Cleveland's quarterback battle. According to reports, Deshaun Watson has the "inside track" at being the Browns' starter.
