The new Michigan State football coaching staff has re-offered one of the top players from Michigan in the 2027 class.

Charles Britton of Belleville, Mich. announced on Monday that he has been re-offered by the Spartans. Britton made the notable recruiting update known by posting on his social media X account.

Britton is a three-star prospect with a recruiting rating of 87 in 247Sports’ system. He ranks as the No. 11 player from Michigan in the 2027 class, and No. 72 wide receiver in the class.

Michigan State is one of more than 30 programs to extend an offer to Britton, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, NC State, Nebraska, North Carolina, Northwestern, Oklahoma, Stanford, Purdue, UCLA, Utah, Vanderbilt and West Virginia.

Michigan State originally offered Britton in April, but with a new coaching staff in place, it’s good to see he is still a target they are focused on. This re-offer from the Spartans confirms he’ll be in the mix for their recruiting efforts moving forward.
