Arizona State University has arguably done the most of any school in the NCAA transfer portal.
Kenny Dillingham has been very active and continues to stockpile talent.
The Sun Devils have added to its 15 portal additions with grabbing a pair tight ends in Anthony Miller (formerly of Tulane) and Kristian Ingman (formerly of Portland State). ASU also addressed both lines of scrimmage in acquiring offensive tackle Luke Baklenko (formerly of Oklahoma), defensive tackle Jeffery Manns II (formerly of Hutchinson Community College), and edge rusher Emar’rion Winston (formerly of Baylor). Dillingham brought in another piece for the secondary with Jessiah McGrew from Florida International University. Arizona State in total has 21 transfer portal additions: 11 on offense, eight on defense, and two specialists. Dillingham has mixture of guys that can start and depth pieces at various positions.
If these additions can mesh well with the current players on the roster, the Sun Devils would have a team in contention for a conference championship and a shot to return to the College Football Playoff. Dillingham has to find a way to obtain maximum production from each athlete. Spring practice should be interesting in Tempe (Ariz.) to see who locks up starting roles.
